Initial Stake Pool Offering (ISPO)

We are pleased to announce the launch of the MAYZ ISPO. The Initial Stake Pool Offering (ISPO) is an innovative mechanism that allows delegators of Cardano’s Proof-of-Stake (POS) network to engage as early adopters in new protocols, receiving protocol governance tokens as rewards from the delegation. ISPO is a mechanism that is unique to Cardano’s blockchain.

MAYZ's ISPO

To perform the first ISPO, MAYZ is associated with the [1MATE] pool, TosiDrop, RatsDAO, and Onesies NFT collection. The MAYZ´s ISPO will last 55 epochs, starting at epoch 378.

–  [1MATE] pool will make available its infrastructure to manage this new phase of financing the MAYZ Protocol.

– TosiDrop will provide the mechanism for delegators to claim $MAYZ token when the claim window opens.

–  The RAT Token will be boosting rewards as follows:

  • RAT 5.000 to RAT 10.000: +8% rewards
  • RAT 10.001 to RAT 25.000: +12,5% rewards
  • RAT 25.001 or more: +25% rewards

MAYZ's ISPO

There are 4 Tiers of delegators with an increase APY in $MAYZ

  1. 1 ADA to 3,000,000 ADA: 57,14%
  2. 3,000,001 ADA to 12,000,000 ADA: 42,86%
  3. 12,000,001 ADA to 36,000,000 ADA: 28,57%
  4. 36,000,001 ADA to 60,000,000 ADA: 14,29%

Depending on the following variables, the $MAYZ rewards will be calculated every epoch:

  • Amount of ADA delegated
  • Amount of RAT held
  • Amount of Onesies NFT held

ISPO information

  • Start date: November 26th, 2022 (epoch 378).
  • Completion date: August 28th, 2023 (epoch 433).
  • $MAYZ Claim Open Date: September 28th, 2023.
  • The rewards will be distributed in 5 monthly stages depending on the delegator’s loyalty:
    • 100% to 81%: September 28th, 2023
    • 80% to 61%: October 28th, 2023
    • 60% to 41%: December 28th, 2023
    • 40% to 21%: January 28th, 2024
    • 20% or less: February 28th, 2024
  • Operation for 55 Epochs (1 epoch = 5 days).
  • The $MAYZ reward will be calculated at the end of each epoch.
  • The $MAYZ claim will be made using the TosiDrop platform.
  • In the case of pool saturation (ADA 60.000.000), another one will be open.
